RETURN POLICY


We take great pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is valid for 30 days after the delivery date. After the 30 day period we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and accompanied by the e-receipt.  

For general returns on normal, undamaged goods, only the dollar amount of the product and sales tax will be refunded. Shipping and handling charges remain the expense of the customer.

All found objects, reclaimed wood and recycled glass items sourced and shipped by etúHOME are crafted from repurposed materials making each piece unique. No two are alike, therefore the item you receive will be similar but not exactly the same as the item you see online.  All of our found objects, recycled glass and repurposed items show signs of age and use, including ripples, bubbles, and markings in the found or recycled glass, engravings or initials on the wood, variation in wood grain and other signs typical of a time worn piece.  These signs of age are desired and help authenticate your found object.

Damages related to shipping and transport should be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt to our customer service team and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. 

 

 

 

We kindly ask that you use a trackable and insured shipping method. etúHOME is not responsible for shipping fees, damaged or lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records. Please ship your return in the original packaging and accompanied by the packing slip and/or invoice to the following address:

Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional delays may occur. Upon return, your item will be inspected and after validation, refunds will be issued for the purchase price, excluding shipping, handling and nonrefundable fees, to your original method of payment. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly statement. 

etúHOME cannot facilitate exchanges at this time. 

*Wholesale returns will incur a 30% restocking fee.

Please note that several types of goods are exempt from returns. Final sale, one-of-a-kind and vintage goods are not valid for returns. These items are found and used goods, and therefore should be expected to show signs of age and use. Returns and/or refunds will not be issued for these products unless there has been damage to the product due to shipping, packaging or mishandling and is thoroughly documented with photographic evidence and approved by etúHOME.
