WHOLESALE: SHIPPING + DELIVERY
All orders with in-stock items are typically processed within 2-3 business days, but can take several weeks to ship depending on the item. Some of the found, antique pieces require special shipping and delivery procedures to ensure a safe and satisfactory delivery.
For orders shipping within the United States, we ship via FedEx Ground from our warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia. Unauthorized refusals of shipments will result in payment of all shipping charges and a re-stocking fee may apply. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Any orders picked up from the E2Y warehouse must be inspected and signed for by the customer prior to leaving the premises; Europe2You will not be responsible for any damages claimed after an item or order has been picked up from the warehouse.
All orders placed below $500 will be subject to a shipping charge of at least 25% of the total order value, in addition to any shipping and processing fees.
2. furniture delivery
Furniture orders are made to order and all items are non-refundable and non-returnable, no exceptions. All payments shall be made with a Credit Card. You will be charged for 50% of the item value at the time of delivery and remaining 50% upon shipment. Once your items are are available in our warehouse, we will promptly ship your order.
All furniture orders are subject to the following minimum freight requirement:
East Coast: $325.00 Central: $425.00 West Coast: $525.00
For orders shipping within the United States, we ship via FedEx Freight from our warehouse in Atlanta. You will be given a shipping rate at checkout for these items. Delivery will usually have to be scheduled, especially if delivering to a residence. Additional charges may apply.
Furniture typically arrives 10-14 weeks after your order has been paid. Please note that it may take longer to arrive depending on possible yet unusual customs delays which are out of our control.
3. antique + one of a kind pieces
Antique and one of a kind pieces purchased in our showroom ship from our showroom using White Glove service. We use a third party to handle our special pieces and you will be billed directly by them for the shipping.
If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged for backordered items until they ship. Occasionally, items will go on backorder before your order is fulfilled .
In the event that your order includes a backordered item, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please email email@example.com.
5. international shipping
We will provide a custom shipping quote based on the products purchased and delivery area. The quote will cover shipping and handling only; etúHOME is not responsible for duty, brokerage, or any additional fees due at the destination. International shipping rates apply to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada and South America. To obtain a shipping quote, please place your order online using your shipping address. When we receive the order, we will supply a shipping quote to you. If the quote is acceptable, we will contact you for payment. If the quote is not acceptable, we will cancel your order with no penalty. Note: we do not charge your credit card until you have approved the shipping fee.

6. additional fees
- Furniture Delivery: All furniture items will be carefully packaged and dispatched to an expert white glove service or LTL transporter who will carefully deliver your furniture orders. Furniture items, including all wall mirrors and lighting, receive our rates, based on delivery area, number of items, and total weight.
- Antique Delivery: All antique, one of a kind orders may require an expert white glove service. Items shipped from our showroom will be handled by a third party company that specializes in showroom to store delivery and you will be billed directly by them for the shipping.
- Liftgate: $60.00
- Residential Delivery: $95.00
- Drop Ship: $10.00
- Expedited Delivery: Next-day, 2nd-day, and 3rd-day rush shipping of non-furniture items is available for an additional fee. Please contact us at email@example.com or 770.464.5460 to change your method of shipping.
- Warehouse Pick Up: Pick ups from our warehouse must be approved and scheduled in advanced. Customers must have an appointment as we do not allow unannounced pick ups for any reason and accommodations cannot be made. Our warehouse is a working warehouse and is not accessible to customers.
