Shipping and Delivery

Our commitment to high standards extends to how we deliver our products to you. We offer a number of shipping options to fit your needs. In an effort to ensure the quickest delivery, orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out of stock or backordered. 

We ask that you inspect your delivery and sign for it upon receipt as we have a firm 48-hour damage claim window. The email address used at checkout will be sent tracking details upon shipment so you may effectively plan to receive and inspect your order in a timely manner. We look forward to sharing etúHOME's passion for sustainable home furnishings by delivering products that resonate with you. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed US holidays. 

1. Delivery 

All orders with in-stock items are typically processed within 2-3 business days, but can take several weeks to ship depending on the item. Some of the found, antique pieces require special shipping and delivery procedures to ensure a safe and satisfactory delivery.  For orders shipping within the United States, we ship via FedEx Ground from our warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia. Unauthorized refusals of shipments will result in payment of all shipping charges and a re-stocking fee may apply. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Any orders picked up from the E2Y warehouse must be inspected and signed for by the customer prior to leaving the premises; Europe2You will not be responsible for any damages claimed after an item or order has been picked up from the warehouse.

All orders placed below $1,000 will be subject to a shipping charge of at least 25% of the total order value, in addition to any shipping and processing fees. 

2. Furniture Delivery 

Non-stocked furniture purchases are made-to-order by European artisans and typically arrive 12 to 14 weeks after your order has been processed. All furniture is non-refundable and non-returnable, no exceptions. All payments shall be made with a credit card. Once your items are available in our warehouse, we will promptly ship your order.  All furniture orders are subject to Oversized Delivery fees - minimum $500 flat rate for furniture pieces and regular shipping rates may apply if small items are included in shipment. If your shipping address is not equipped with a loading dock, additional liftgate or residential fees may be required. If additional fees are needed, your account manager will reach out with the next steps to proceed. Please contact your account manager for more details. 

Residential Delivery for Drop-Ship Orders

Applicable furniture items will be delivered outside the home of your drop-ship customer for a single flat rate + freight cost per order. These items will be securely delivered by third-party delivery service providers.

  • Flat rate of $500 in addition to the regular furniture freight cost on orders including at least one eligible furniture item.
  • Products are placed outside the home. Let us know additional considerations in advance, such as staircases or gates. You will provide this information at checkout. If inside delivery is required, please advise your account manager to provide an accurate quote.
  • A representative from the third-party delivery service provider will call to arrange a delivery date and timeframe. etúHOME is not responsible for setting up delivery.
  • If no one is home to accept the delivery, the drop-ship customer will be responsible for any shipping, cancellation, or restocking fees.
  • Available for the 48 continental states. Due to carrier restrictions, we are unable to provide this service for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. Please email our customer service for additional information.
  • Unboxing, packaging removal, and assembly are not included.

Oversized Delivery for Wholesale Orders

Applicable furniture items will be delivered for a quoted rate, per shipping address. These items will be securely delivered by service providers.

  • Quoted shipping rate on orders including at least one eligible furniture item.
  • Let us know additional considerations in advance, such as staircases or gates.
  • A representative from the third-party delivery service provider will call to arrange a delivery date and timeframe. etúHOME is not responsible for setting up delivery.
  • If no one is present to accept the delivery, you will be responsible for any shipping, cancellation, or restocking fees.
  • Available for the 48 continental states. Due to carrier restrictions, we are unable to provide this service for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. Please call our customer service for additional information.
  • Unboxing, packaging removal, and assembly are not included. 

3. Backorders 

All web orders are charged in full plus shipping costs when placed and are shipped as items are available. Shipment is a flat rate and will not increase based on additional shipments. Occasionally, items will go on backorder before your order is fulfilled. In the event that your order includes a backordered item, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please email customerservice@etuhome.com. 

4. International Shipping 

We will provide a custom shipping quote based on the products purchased and delivery area. The quote will cover shipping and handling only; etúHOME is not responsible for duty, brokerage, or any additional fees due at the destination. International shipping rates apply to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada and South America. To obtain a shipping quote, please place your order online using your shipping address. When we receive the order, we will supply a shipping quote to you. If the quote is acceptable, we will contact you for payment. If the quote is not acceptable, we will cancel your order with no penalty. Note: we do not charge your credit card until you have approved the shipping fee. We are unable to ship globally. Please contact eusales@etuhome.com if you are located outside North and South America. 

5. Additional Fees

  • Furniture Delivery: All furniture items will be carefully packaged and dispatched to an expert white glove service or LTL transporter who will carefully deliver your furniture orders. Furniture items, including all wall mirrors and lighting, receive our rates, based on delivery area, number of items, and total weight.

  • Expedited Delivery: Next-day, 2nd-day, and 3rd-day rush shipping of non-furniture items is available for an additional fee. Please contact your account manager at sales@etuhome.com to change your method of shipping.

  • Warehouse Pick-Ups: Customer pickups are currently not available at this time.
