Can I order by telephone?

While we are happy to accommodate questions and inquiries through the phone, the most accurate and secure way to place orders is through the website. 

When will my credit card be billed?

Credit cards are charged as soon as the order is placed through the website. You will receive a confirmation email covering all of the charges and details of your order.

Once I have placed my order and my credit card has been accepted, when can I expect my order to be shipped and delivered?

Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days, but can take up to 14 days to ship depending on the item. Some of the large furniture and antique pieces require special shipping and delivery procedures to ensure a safe and satisfactory delivery.

Where do you ship from?

For smaller package orders shipping within the United States, we ship via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight or other common carriers from our warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia. Unauthorized refusals of shipments will result in payment of all shipping charges and a re-stocking fee may apply. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Larger, more complex pieces may ship LTL or by White Glove service, depending on the item. You will be given a shipping rate at checkout for these items. Delivery will usually have to be scheduled, especially if delivering to a residence.

Can I cancel my order?

All cancellations must be in writing and received via info@etuhome.com within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Can I add to my existing order?

Yes, changes will be made only when items are still available and you have contacted us via email info@etuhome.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
